RULES & POLICIES

Metro Vigan Inn provides quality budget accommodation everyone can trust. Please let us know your special/specificindividual requirements (e.g. check-in date/time, check-out date/time, type of room, disabled/elderly needs, airport pick up/drop off, city tours and adventures, etc.) upon reservation and/or check-in. We also offer group's custom packages to accommodate your requirements. Othes services incidental to your stay are also available upon request at extra cost.

POLICIES AND CONDITIONS

The following Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings made with us. We kindly request that you take a moment to read them prior to making a booking.

EARLY CHECK-OUT

There are no refunds for early check-out. Full duration of stay mentioned during booking/ reservation shall be charged to the Guest in cases wherein the guest/s shorten their stay/check-out at an earlier date.

ROOM RATES

Rates are subject to change without prior notice. Room rates are inclusive of government taxes. For rates that include complimentary breakfast, quantity of complimentary plated breakfast is based on the actual number of paid guest/s.

CHILD POLICY

Children below 7 years old(maximum of 2 kids per room) sharing bed with adults are free of charge. No free meals for kids.

PROMOTIONS

Promotions or other packages posted online or through other forms of advertisements may hhave special terms and conditions indicated thereon. These special terms and conditions will therefore be imposed accordingly.

EXTRA PERSON OR BED

Room rates are quoted based on the minimum capacity per room. Additional charge for extra person or extra bed shall apply.

CHECK-IN TIME

The Hotel's standard check-in time is 12:00 P.M. Early check-in is subject to room availability and at the discretion of the hotel.

NO SHOW POLICY AND CANCELLATION

No show would result to forfeiture of the deposit/payment made in advance. No show bookings are non-refundable. Cancelled bookings made thru promotions are also non-refundable.

CHECK-OUT TIME

The Hotel's standard check-out time is 12:00 noon. Retention and extension are subject to room availability. In case of failure to vacate the room on due time, the period of stay on the room after 12:00 noon will be charged P150 per hour.

CREDIT CARDS

All major credit cards are accepted. Credit card will be asked to be provided at the time of booking to secure the reservation. Cancellation/No Show/Ammendment of bookings where payments are made thru credit cards, no show and cancellation policy of the hotel shall apply.
